I’m passionate about people becoming their true selves and living in such a way that honors both their identity and those closest to them. It’s an honor to walk alongside people in their mental health and relational journeys to guide them towards healing and wholeness. I believe each person has a unique story, worldview, culture, and lived experience. As such, I use a narrative approach with a focus on internal family systems, trauma, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and faith. My treatment addresses anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, life transitions, and grief. My goal is that each client I serve leaves my office feeling heard, encouraged, changed, and one step closer to becoming their true selves.
Faith, spirituality, and religion are all vital aspects of the human experience. I believe everyone believes something in some shape or form, and I love to delve into these deeper meanings of life with others. It would be my privilege to learn how my clients see themselves, others, the world, and God and how those beliefs impact their lives.
I’m a current graduate student at Bethel University working towards my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’m currently under the clinical supervision of Dave Runion, MA, LMFT.
