I believe counseling is a collaborative and meaningful process where individuals and couples can explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and grow both emotionally and spiritually. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged as they navigate life’s difficulties and move toward healing and growth.

My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). CBT helps identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and emotional distress, while EFT focuses on strengthening emotional bonds and improving communication within relationships. I enjoy working with teens and couples who are navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, identity development, life transitions, and emotional challenges. As a faith-based counselor, I also value integrating Christian faith and spiritual perspectives into the counseling process when clients desire it.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah and am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. I am completing my clinical internship under the supervision of Dave Runion while working toward becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, stronger relationships, and deeper growth.
