Suffering can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. It would be a privilege to hear your story and walk alongside you in it. My goal as a therapist is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental presence where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as we explore your experiences and work toward your goals together.

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and a strengths-based perspective. Together, these frameworks help us understand how thoughts, emotions, and life experiences shape your story, while also identifying and supporting you in the strengths you already carry. As a Christian, I would be happy to integrate faith into the therapeutic process when desired. I have experience working in a school social work setting and will implement play therapy concepts when working with kids.

My hope is that therapy becomes a space for meaningful growth, healing, and increased self-understanding, leaving you more grounded, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.

I am currently an Intern pursuing my Master of Social Work at Dordt University and practice under the supervision of Dave Runion and Autumn Terlouw.
